Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rava


  • 1 cups boiled vegetables (pea, carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum etc)


  • 1 tsp peanuts (roasted)


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 tsp big mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 4-5 nos carry leaf


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan on medium heat
  • Add big mustard seeds and carry leaf , wait for 1 minute
  • Add hing and stir
  • Add onion,green chilly and stir
  • Add boiled vegetables, let sauté it 2 minutes
  • Add some salt and stir
  • Boil 2 cup of water in another pan
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon oil and rava, keep medium heat, stir
  • Wait for 2 minutes
  • Add sauté vegetables and peanuts
  • Stir with soft hand , let water dry
  • Off flame
  • Pour coriander, Serve hot
  • I serve with Green tea
